Open Help 2011

The Open Help Conference is a three-day event bringing together people who work on open source or community-based documentation and support. Combining traditional conference presentations with discussion forums and open-participation sessions, the Open Help Conference is a unique opportunity to learn, share, work, and have fun.

The Open Help Conference has a strong focus on open collaboration and community-generated help, including:

  • Documentation and support in open source projects

  • Community documentation efforts in commercial projects

  • Active user communication and feedback through social media

Open Help 2011 is over, but you can still have a look at the sessions and speakers.

Open Help 2011 would not have been possible without our generous sponsors.
